safe, secure, good quality, & relaxed accommodation in an informal & friendly way.
It would be my advice that wherever you may choose to live, to meet the landlord face to face before committing!
I live 10mins away from my properties so I can respond to any issues personally.
I do my own house improvement & maintenance so can offer quick fixes without the delay of waiting for a tradesman.
However, if I’m not available, I have tradesmen who also live locally to deal with gas/electrical /other issues in the unlikely event they are needed.
I have a day job supporting IT systems for various large well known organisations.
In my spare time I love to walk and cycle…
